Answer the questions below to assist in focusing your values.  You could possibly have someone else read you the questions, and write down the answer to the first half of the question before hearing the rest of the question - then write on both.

• Write down the name of a person you really enjoy.  Now, what do you enjoy most about that person?
  

• Write down an object that you own that brings you pleasure, and what needs that object satisfies in your life.
  

• Think of an item that you do not have, but really want.  What higher quality of feeling would you experience if you had that item?
  

• Think of a person you most admire.  What is the quality that you most admire in that person?
  

• Think of a specific holiday that brings you joy.  What do you most love about the holiday?
  

• List a trait you most admire about yourself.  What about this trait do you love?
  

• What was the happiest moment in your life?  What pleased you the most about that time?
